The guy is Jawed Karim, the third founder of YouTube. Our historic landmarks are becoming virtual ones.

I'd already seen it, of course. Although perhaps that's not surprising, given its age. What's more amusing is that YouTube didn't exist before 2005, and Gmail didn't exist before 2004. It's hard to imagine a future in which these services don't exist to keep us working and entertained.

The YouTube test. http://failblog.org/2009/11/16/winfail-game/ Ones I didn't know: AC/DC, Maru/Dick, Rihanna, million subscribers, drinking out of cups, Athenewins, keyboard cat and dynamite/Earnest. And I couldn't figure out the 'zombie' nor 'inspired by kittens' ones from the questions even though I recognised the videos once I saw them again.

Man, won four and failed four, but couldn't drag myself to the end. I'm confirming that I'm not a Youtube guy.

Hmm, I hadn't actually seen a couple of the most popular YouTube videos of 2009. And I still refuse to watch Susan Boyle. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/technology/8415766.stm

Why? She isn't good looking but she's a great singer.

She's too popular for my liking. I just prefer to continue being able to say that I haven't heard her. Internet warning: If you get an e-mail entitled "nude photo of Susan Boyle" do not open it... it contains a nude photo of Susan Boyle.
