PollThe security of my children is improved every time I berate a supposed pedophile over the internet

In my personal opinion, people do that because they feel better. In reality, parents should talk more openly about this topic with their childs, and focus on preventing pedophilia in the real world. Typing angry rants to some anonymous stranger is useless.

Yup, it eases the pressure of actually educating the kiddos.

Just tried marking this with abuse, just because Borg is a jerk.

@Dorkinthian: Yeah, you would.

If two people mark a topic as abuse, it goes to limbo. One user marking it as 'Seems okay' nullifies one bad mark.

I know *that* limbo. I just don't know what it means in the context of this site.

It hides the topic's and its comments from the feed. A little harsher than YKW.

@BorgClown: then how do you revive it?

Get people to mark it as "Seems okay". Those marks count as negative. If the sum of marks is less than two, the topic is unhidden.
