Thanks to a steady diet of ice cream and donuts, I've finally got boobs AND a butt. Unfortunately, my waistline has taken a bit of a hit as well. It's gotten to the point where I can no longer efficiently thrift shop, which is a REAL problem, both financially and stylistically. So what do I do to lose a dress size or two without losing my curves?

Humans love running. Our body is built for running. We were persistence hunters in the days of old. Another activity we love is throwing. Throwing and running. try those?

I'm unable to gain much weight no matter how much I eat. I can only suggest that exercise is likely to be more effective, as dieting will just result in hunger and eventual over-eating which will put you back where you started. You could find something better than ice cream and donuts though! I guess swimming costs money, but might help you to swap some fat for muscle mass - perhaps not as good as running though? You could always look on YouTube if you want some indoor exercises.

Running sounds good! What should I throw, though?

Spears, its really cathartic. Find an open field. Construct a spear. Get a cooler and hunt "sheep" aka cooler. get a bunch of friends together and have prizes for "killing" the sheep. Uses your entire body and taxes your mind to really hone in on your prey.

But then why aren't javelin girls yummy? Besides Leryn Franco, that is.

@Baslisks: That sounds fun! I wonder if I can do that in city limits, though?

I couldn't possibly suggest anything better than Basilisks idea I'm afraid... Personally I prefer biking to running, but you can't really throw stuff from a bike. Although I suppose that you would get at least +3 to your stats if you learnt how to accurately?! :D As for city limits issues, try finding a derelict building and hunt zombies instead of sheep maybe?! :)

I guess cycling would help with the right muscles, now that you've suggested it. I'm not sure that throwing things would work the intended lower regions particularly.

I wish I could throw things from a bike. How metal would that be?

I do like cycling though; I may consider that along with running.

I've heard that swimming is one of the most complete sports. Martial arts are a badass sport too. Unfortunately those usually require money.

I'm being a timmy! Go find a climbing wall! Work up your strength til you can do pull ups, if you don't have a lovely toned bod by then nothing is gonna help! ;) Climbing is awesome... :)

@Thelevellers: Isn't that an upper body exercise though?

Maybe that's what I'll do once I'm done at Rolls-Royce... :D I think maybe a trike would be sensible, but then that's missing half the point of the bike, isn't it?!

trikes lose the sheer speed. I'm thinking you need to have a dual steering system so you can steer with your legs.

I know that sitting in front of a computer all day tends to make one's ass very wide.
