Special interestA program that works as a todo list and assigns a daily value to your tasks. Kind of like quests. Have it so you can add grades in to better assign your effort to.

Right now I am kind of doing this with a spread sheet and a program called todo list. As grades become lower they get assigned a higher priority level and a generally better score value.

I keep wanting a perfect to-do list program, but it seems impossible to replicate the usefulness of a simple piece of paper and crossing-out with a pen (http://discussionator.com/?id=442). There are sites that provide to-do lists, but they're all lacking in one way or another. When I keep them on a computer, it just seems both harder to know what's on them and easier to ignore them.

@Lee J Haywood: Because you don't lug your computer around. If you had your cell phone sorting it by priority and deadline and nagging you about it, it might be more efficient than paper, although less friendly to fill.

@Baslisks: Doing quests is nice, but what good is it if we can't brag about our stats? Oh, I already see it: I kill myself at tennis for a measly +1 dexterity per week, and each time Obama burps he gets +10 charisma. Damned power players...

It's the priorities that never work for me in these things, especially as I want to break everything down into separate lists. And I guess with a computer you can end up adding too much to your to-do list. Also, the idea of a deadline on a to-do list entry is just bizarre.

@BorgClown: start a crappy browser game where you actually accomplish more not on the game then you do while on it? @Lee J Haywood: I start with larger tasks, as I go along i tend to design a more complicated path but still try to keep pretty general. It works to a point just that I do still have troubles with deadlines. I have a wonderful study section outlined I just need to do it. I actually do lug my computer around with me so I really don't have that problem.
