Yes, I do. In both games my nation name is Clownutopia. I'm interested in adding other's nations to my dossier, so I can have some sort of competition or trade.

used to. Quit when I stopped browser based games. I only play mmos now that I can make money off of.

Pray tell us, which MMOs can be played for reasonable profit?

I was playing 2 nations at once at the end of last year, but eventually fell behind and gave up. It's annoying the way that it still gives duplicate decisions to be made. I haven't tried Nation States 2. I did discover that my 'opposite' nation where I made the worst decision in every case, e.g. torturing my own citizens and taking away all freedoms, actually did a lot better than my 'good' nation.

@BorgClown: entropia, second life, and EVE.

Nation States isn't really even a game, it's just something to pass the time for a minute or two each day. There's no real progression, and it doesn't even compare with an RPG.

I did play Nation States 2 for about 2 months, but gave up when I found that Democracy 2 filled the desire to control a country much better... I had great fun turning the hugely Christian country into a liberal paradise the other day... Hard work tho!

@Baslisks: Interesting. I play NS1 and NS2, KOL and OGame. As Lee said, NSx can become kinda bland after a while. I have this timewaster of a page to choose another (http://play-free-online-games.com/), but I think I'll look the ones you play first, just to see what virtual and real world interactions arise.

Entropia and second life are really hard to make money in so I have kind of let them sit in the back. I have yet to find anything that makes constant money... Just kind of play whenever I am really bored. I'd be better to get a job.

Of course, MMOGs can't let you make even a meager living out of them, just little enough for it to be interesting. Still, it must be interesting to see what happens when making real money gets out of the usual channels, like eBay auctioning of characters.
