Any time I go to bed at a decent hour I lie there awake for hours. So I just stay up now.

I'm more of a night person, but I have a set time for bed and don't have too much trouble getting to sleep. I used to have insomnia, up until my mid-20s I suppose, but found a simple solution to it... I turn the alarm clock away from me (or you can cover the display) and trust that it'll wake me on time. The advantage is that you don't calculate how long you've been lying there versus how much time you have before you have to get up. And if you wake up early you don't know how much time there is until you have to be up, so it's easier to go right back to sleep.

I'm a night person too. My favourite time of the day is from 11:00 PM till 3:00 AM. While I can't really stay up THAT long on a school night, I try to do it on the weekend.

I used to not sleep at all but recently I have gotten really bored so I force myself to sleep. Meh.

My job now is tied to European daytime, so I've begun again to do multiphasic sleep. It's not that fun when you're forced to do it, but I recoup on weekends.
