DiscussionatorAttach an image with a topic (or possibly post?) should be an option

You can just specify the URL of an image, you don't have to 'attach' or embed it.

Sure Lee, but not everything might be available from the WWW. But I don't know if embedding imaging will toll this site, though

There are free sites where you can upload images, like TynyPic

Images aren't a big reason for a discussion either. Opinions ought to be the staple diet, including polls - web sites and such are just sugar coating. What use are images here? Not much.

They say that an image is worth 1000 words. A picture might be more effective than 1024 chars =)

@Lee J Haywood: always! But in all honesty, I was talking about a gun and it would have been nice to show a pic

Hmm, my older post's avatar didn't change. Does that mean it'll save older avatars?

Yes. And each 16 hours you can add one more avatar to your collection. Now the comments about avatars can make sense for late visitors.

In a few weeks I'll have a huge avatar Rolodex at hand.

Also, IIRC, voting topics show and store your vote along with the comment. That way, you can't change your mind and pretend it was your position all along.
